Biocides Laboratory Manager

Hybrid Search was asked to find an experienced Biocides Laboratory Manager to replace the role holder who was due to leave the company. The previous role holder was very knowledgable and experienced and was seen as an asset to our client, therefore; replacing her with someone with a similar set of skill and experience level was vitally important.

This role required someone with a high level of specialist technical knowledge and as a result we conducted a thorough headhunt across multiple sectors to find the right person. In addition to using company websites and LinkedIn, we also examined delegate lists of European Biocides conferences that had recently taken place. This enabled us to gain a deeper insight into some of the leading lights in biocides and uncover many speciality companies to explore. As a result we were able to present comprehensive long and shortlist of candidates from which to make the necessary hire from.
