DAVE, CO-FOUNDER

Dave is a co-founder of Hybrid Search. His recruitment career began back in 2003 when he worked in a high street recruitment organisation - he quickly rose through to senior interim management and specialised in global executive search and selection since 2013.
Dave has a keen understanding of psychometric testing and interpretation and analysis of psychometric results. In particular leadership profiling, pressure behaviours, improvements, styles and assessments. He is a fully trained Saville Wave Behaviour Assessment Practitioner, and a Thomas International Practitioner for Personality Profile Analysis.
Throughout his career, Dave has had enviable opportunities to work across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America. His sector experience includes chemicals, transportation and infrastructure, energy, healthcare and food manufacturing.
Away from Hybrid, Dave is married to Jemma, and they have twin daughters Beth and Daisy (and their dog, Harry). The family live in Chester and love active days out together.
DAN, CO-FOUNDER

Dan has worked within recruitment since 2014 and was previously the Head of Research EMEA for an executive search firm specialising in the energy, utilities, infrastructure and pharmaceutical sectors. As Head of Research, he managed a team of 5 researchers and completed over 30 executive search assignments with a strong completion rate of 94%.
He has headhunted and sourced heavyweight roles including;
Board level positions for a UK water company
Global Business Manager for a £2billion turnover business
VP Sales for an international software SAAS company
Country Manager for a private equity backed oil and gas EPC company
Technical and leadership roles within the renewables, chemicals, oil & gas and utilities market across Europe
Dan has successfully delivered assignments in locations as varied as Cape Town, Baku, Bilbao, Geneva, Copenhagen, Antwerp, and several locations across the UK.
Outside of Hybrid, Dan enjoys spending time with his family - wife Lucy and children Sam and Lola - and playing football with his mates. He once played football with Wayne Rooney, and hasn’t let us forget it!
GENEVIEVE, DIRECTOR

Genevieve has a career spanning 23 years across executive search, leadership capability development, talent pipelining and in-house HR management. Her client base and professional network are broad, covering Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream and Downstream), Industrial Manufacturing, Nuclear Power, Mining and Chemicals.
Her track record in delivering search assignments, typically for critical or niche appointments at the mid to top-third level within her clients’ organisations, has led to 100% reutilisation.
She also delivers large-scale consulting assignments focused on leadership impact to support company transformations, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and diversity strategies with clients all around the world. Her acute understanding of leadership and how to identify and develop the right behaviours, aligned to company goals, is the source of her success in search and leadership development.
Genevieve is a subject matter expert in psychometric profiling, qualified as a Hogan and Saville Practitioner. She is also fluent in French having lived and worked in Lyon, France - a useful tool for assignments focused on Europe, the Americas and Africa.
She is an Honours Graduate of the University of Manchester and l’Université de Lausanne, Switzerland and has worked in West Africa for a charity.
Genevieve lives on the Wirral and devotes her time outside work to her son and four dogs.
JOHN, BUSINESS ADVISOR
Dr. John Bush has over 30 years’ valuable experience working in the chemical and nuclear industries. He now shares his time between non-executive and advisory roles for small private companies and within the voluntary sector. John brings a wealth of wisdom and experience to the Hybrid Search team, and is highly valued by all. Having achieved a PhD in Chemistry Engineering at Cambridge, he is a subject matter expert and is always on hand for advice and support.
After his university degrees, John began his career with ICI where he held a number of operational and business management positions in the UK and Japan. He spent 8 years with INEOS, initially as UK General Manager for their Silicas business followed by a period working on acquisitions and divestments. He moved to URENCO in 2009 spending 6 years as Managing Director for URENCO Chemplants Ltd.
HENRY, RESEARCH ADVISOR
Dr. Sidsaph is a researcher who specialises in understanding social and economic networks. His previous research is broad-ranging, from food manufacturing and production to rural economies and sustainable development.
As Research Advisor, Henry is responsible for sector specific knowledge, research project management and leads on a number of consulting research assignments. His particular interest is in the construction sector.
Henry has examined organic olive oil production in Spain, was a researcher with an NGO based in Malawi, and has conducted several pieces of research on European Regional Development Funded projects and with the European Guide Dog Federation.
Henry is a long-distance runner and enjoys competing in various marathons, ultras and trail runs. He lives in North Wales with his partner Roslyn, a primary school teacher at a local school.
