Since 2014, the Hybrid Search team has led on more than 30 searches for eight of their client’s global businesses - one of the largest global chemical manufacturers in the world.

We recruit a defined range of talent including supply chain and procurement managers, asset engineers, logistics managers, ‘head of’ roles, and S&OP and IT managers. Our manufacturing experience stretches across Europe with OEMs, SMEs and global corporations looking to grow and develop their businesses. We have completed successful searches in the UK, Denmark, Spain, Germany, France and Poland.
