Hybrid Search Celebrate Third Birthday
We are delighted to announce that we are celebrating three years in business! Three years in and we are still standing!! Many, many fond memories and proud moments over the past year.

We were very pleased to welcome our former colleague, Genevieve to the team in January 2020! Genevieve brings with her a wealth of experiences and adds a lot fo value to the team. It hasn't been the easiest of starts due to the challenges of 2020; however, we are excited about the future with Genevieve driving our delivery across search and leadership advisory services
Year 3 was our best financial performance to date. We worked with 13 clients, and we thank them all for the opportunity to work with them
Over the past year have worked on Europe's largest Chemical Capex project, INEOS's Project One in Antwerp, Belgium
We completed our first placements in Asia and the United States which has added to our global experience
We also continue to be sponsors of the ‘Young Chamber’ initiative – a West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce programme which will see us playing a vital role in bridging the gap between businesses and the educational sector
We hosted our first internships with our partnership with the University of Chester where we hosted Ryan and Jon for 5 weeks last May
We kicked off our interim management service offering. This has been in the plan for some time, and it was great to get our first interim managers placed
We finally moved away from our love of spreadsheets and invested in a new CRM!! We just need to start using it now, hey Dan!
Our Head of Research Henry proposed to his partner Roslyn in Manhattan (she said, yes!!). They also bought their first house together. We wish them all the happiness in the world

Our director's Dan and Lucy are expecting their third child in October 2020
Dan's son Sam and Dave's 2 daughters Beth and Daisy start primary school in September and begin an exciting chapter in their young lives
We have remained busy during a difficult 6 months and are currently working on some exciting international projects across the chemicals sector and food manufacturing. The pipeline of business opportunities looks encouraging for us, thanks to the partnerships we have with our loyal clients
We have recently signed an exclusive search agreement with a growing global chemical manufacturing business. We are looking forward to managing senior, and executive management searches for them
