Welcome Genevieve!

We are delighted to announce that Genevieve Mort has joined us as a Director this January. Dan and Dave worked alongside Genevieve at a former boutique search firm and were impressed with her ability to shape clients’ leadership teams with new hires, as well as developing impact within existing leadership teams. With Genevieve now on board, Hybrid can truly identify as both Search Consultancy and Leadership Advisory.

Genevieve describes the move as “An exciting yet natural next step for me, working alongside peers who I rate highly and have always enjoyed collaborating with. Reunited after three years, I am here to help my friends further build on their successes and grow the business with a broadened offering. It already feels like home and it is such a pleasure to work with like-minded individuals with shared values”.

Genevieve’s specialism is candidate profiling, which brings rigour and evidenced-based decision-making to every search process and leadership programme. Her sector specialisms are; Energy, Chemicals, Industrial and Manufacturing - a perfect alignment with our own - with many successful assignments under her belt from within the UK, Europe and across the globe.

Co-founder David Wilson added: "Dan and I are over the moon to have Genevieve onboard. We know her very well from previously working together, and she is the perfect person to help us continue to develop our service offering to clients. We are looking forward to working together once again".
