Hybrid Search announced a new addition to their team today, with Sam Forrest joining as a senior consultant heading their Trading, Shipping and Distribution Division.

Sam has over 10 years experience in recruitment and search at a global level in the trading, shipping, energy, financial services and logistics sectors. The opportunity to utilise this experience and knowledge within the right environment was key in Sam’s decision to join Hybrid Search.

“The most important factor in me joining is the integrity and people skills of the team which match my own personal ethos and values,” Sam said, “The detailed and thorough search process offered by Hybrid Search matches my view as to what a consultancy should deliver to clients. I also will look to engage in a thorough and meticulous process that will ensure everyone is 100% happy at the conclusion of a search”

Sam is the first consultant to join Hybrid Search since the company was founded in early 2017 by co-directors Dan Kaczmarski and David Wilson.

“We are really excited that Sam has decided to join Hybrid Search”, said Dan.

“His experience and knowledge of our key sectors will compliment our team and will play a big part in our growth through 2018.”

Along with the addition of Sam, Hybrid Search are also looking to add a resourcer to their team in early 2018. This role will be at the heart of the business, supporting Dan, Dave and Sam in all aspects of research.
